“Tit for tat,” said the turtle. “You threw coconuts at me, so I bit you.”
The monkey learned his lesson that day. He never played tricks on the turtle again.
Moral of the story: If you treat someone badly, don’t be surprised if they treat you badly in return. It’s best to be kind to everyone, so that they will be kind to you.

Every day, the boy would come and visit the bird. He would bring it food and water, but the bird would never sing.
One day, the boy forgot to close the bird’s cage. The bird saw his chance and flew away.
The boy was very upset. He chased after the bird, but he couldn’t catch it.
The boy realized that he had been wrong to keep the bird in a cage. He learned that all creatures deserve to be free.
Moral of the story: We should respect all living creatures.
